Job Summary

This is an entry-level, hands-on position focused on supporting the design and delivery of digital solutions using web technologies, automation tools, and AI-assisted platforms. You will gain experience across a range of tasks — from website editing and content creation to video production and voice AI and chatbot configuration and general business operations and consulting services — with full support and mentorship from senior team members. The role is based at our Castletown office, with the option for hybrid remote working post the initial probationary period, depending on business requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who is early in their tech journey and eager to explore creative, technical and business paths. You might be a school leaver with a personal website or YouTube channel, a self-taught coder, or someone who’s experimented with AI tools and wants to go deeper. If you’re passionate about using technology to solve real-world business problems and communicate clearly through design, video, or automation with some demonstrable experience — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the delivery of digital and AI projects including:

  • Supporting the development of AI-powered chatbots, voice AI, automations, and digital workflows

  • Assisting in coding and testing backend and frontend systems used in business solutions with traditional and AI-assisted coding

  • Helping script, edit, and produce AI-generated videos using tools like HeyGen or Synthesia

  • Researching emerging AI-assisted tools (e.g. ChatGPT, LLM models, Zapier, Make etc) and integrating them into business processes

  • Collaborating on client projects to design, implement, and refine custom Tech + AI solutions

  • Documenting your work in clear, client-friendly ways

  • Learning how to approach business issues from a consulting and solutions mindset, and the basics about how businesses operate so you can understand issues from both the clients’ business and a technical perspective

Requirements

  • Technical Knowledge: A familiarity with the technical side of systems and software applications.

  • Desire to Learn and Grow in Tech: A keen interest in technology and AI, accompanied by a desire for growth in these fields.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with good attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users in an approachable manner.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

  • Time Management: Competence in managing multiple tasks and prioritising own work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working Style: Strong work ethic, organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, easily takes initiative

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Experience: Exposure to IT or creative tools through school, personal projects, or self-directed learning.

  • Initiative: Examples of leadership, initiative, or self-motivated learning (e.g. awards, independent projects)

Skills & Education

  • Grades: Strong GCSE and A Level grades with minimum C in GCSE English & Maths

  • Tools: Familiarity with AI and low-code automation toolkits (eg: ChatGPT, SORA, N8N, HeyGen), website management (eg: GoHighLevel, Wordpress, Drupal, Google Analytics), image and video creation (eg: Canva, Adobe Suite)

  • Software: Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft systems such as Windows, Office, and PC and Apple hardware

Desirable (Bonus) Skills

  • Basic coding skills with tools like Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, WordPress, no-or-low-code platforms and visual/video editing tools

  • Public speaking and presentation experience

  • Experience with social media creation and video production
