As many of us know by now, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has had a big impact on many industries, including finance, entertainment, healthcare, and more! That’s why we’re excited to offer free, in-person “Better Customer Service with AI” classes in the Isle of Man as part of Digital Isle of Man’s LearnAI programme in January, February, and March 2025. Our classes are designed to show how AI can help in customer service and how businesses can use tools like voice AI, web chatbots, and AI avatars to make things easier and more efficient.
