We’re pleased to welcome Dion Thompson to LEMA Logic as our new Junior Technologist! He will help us deliver our technology and AI services across the Isle of Man and beyond.

Dion joins us with a strong blend of technical and coordination experience. He previously worked as a project manager and trainee server technician at a visual effects company, supporting infrastructure behind major film and television productions. That environment demanded reliability, attention to detail, and calm problem-solving, skills that translate directly into modern technical delivery.

Alongside this, Dion has experience working between translators and developers in the gaming industry, helping teams communicate clearly across technical and linguistic boundaries. It’s a background that reflects the collaborative, people-first approach we value at LEMA Logic.

Outside of work, Dion enjoys outdoor sports, hiking and climbing, as well as music, playing guitar and bass. He also has a keen interest in languages, driven by curiosity and connection, qualities that align well with our values.

We’re excited to have Dion on board and look forward to the contribution he’ll make as he grows with the team.
