LEMA Logic Welcomes New Junior Technologist

LEMA Logic is growing, which means more hands are needed to help us deliver exceptional AI solutions to our expanding list of Isle of Man clients and beyond.

We are happy to announce the addition of a new Junior Technologist, Marcus Wiltshire, to the team. Marcus will be covering Web, Digital Media and AI functions to better serve our existing and growing business.

In his role as Junior Technologist, Marcus will be supporting the delivery of digital technologies to help our clients become more efficient and stay up to date with their technology. Working with a variety of tools and platforms including web technologies, automation tools, software like Flutter and Canva as well as AI solutions. Marcus will take projects from start to finish under mentor guidance, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Marcus’ passion for building extends beyond his job. In his spare time, he can be found writing, illustrating, as well as designing unique mechanics for ttrpg’s. We are excited to see his strategic thinking and problem solving in action as part of LEMA Logic.

Natalie is COO of LEMA Logic, an AI consultancy, training and technology firm based on the Isle of Man, and a digital strategist with a passion for making Tech + AI work for real people. She sits on the Isle of Man National AI Office AI Advisory Group. She loves helping businesses cut through the noise, find the right tools, and use them to simplify operations, connect with customers, and grow sustainably. With years of experience in multinational corporations, she now brings that high-level expertise to organisations of every size, making advanced technology approachable and effective. She writes on AI governance and regulation, including the EU AI Act and what it means for Isle of Man and UK businesses, and volunteers with Love Tech, an Isle of Man charity encouraging girls into STEM. For Natalie, the best tech isn't just about efficiency. It's about making work more enjoyable, freeing up time for creativity, and creating space for both business and personal growth.
