LEMA Logic Welcomes New Senior Technologist

As LEMA Logic continues to grow, we’re expanding our capability to deliver high-impact technology solutions to clients across the Isle of Man and beyond.

We’re pleased to announce that Dan Thomas has joined the team as our new Senior Technologist. Dan brings over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of business and technology, with a career spanning telecoms, blockchain, and AI. He has worked with a wide range of organisations, from early-stage startups to international scale-ups, helping them solve complex challenges using practical, outcome-driven solutions.

In his role as Senior Technologist, Dan will focus on the design and delivery of AI and digital systems that help our clients operate more effectively and think strategically about their use of technology. He’ll be applying his deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience to support clients through every stage of implementation, from concept to deployment.

Dan’s approach is grounded in clarity, pragmatism, and creativity. He believes technology should be genuinely useful and tailored to the realities of each business, not just impressive on paper. His work will help ensure that LEMA Logic continues to provide thoughtful, high-quality solutions that make a measurable difference.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys obstacle racing, martial arts, and can normally be found with a kindle in hand.
